We want you to absolutely love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we've made the return process easy and worry-free.

Return Window:Β Β You can ask for return or exchangeΒ after 14 daysΒ of receiving your order,Β andΒ before 14 days have passedΒ of receiving your order. We believe this gives you enough time to make sure you're happy with your purchase.

Product Condition:Β We kindly ask that the items be returned in near-new condition, with more than 90% of the product remaining. This helps us ensure that everyone gets products in top condition.

Quick Processing:Β We value your time, so we aim to process all returns and exchanges within just 3 to 5 days, getting you what you need as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs:Β We’re here to help you make the right choice. If there was a mistake on our part, like a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll cover the shipping costs. For exchanges, the shipping cost to return the item will be your responsibility.

Perfume Returns:Β Love it or exchange it! You can return or exchange perfumes if they're mostly full (at least 90% left). This applies to our 10ML roll-ons, 50ML, or 100ML bottles. Please note that Air Fresheners, and 5ML Spray Testers are non-returnable.

Convenient Return Label:Β Let us take care of it! For just Rs. 500, we’ll send you a return label and deduct this amount from your refund. No hassle, no worries.

Self Return for Full Refund:Β Prefer to handle it yourself? Return the item on your own, and you’ll get the full refund amount of perfume costβ€”no deductions!

Please Note:

Extra Care Charges:Β We understand that accidents happen. If the original packaging (like cellophane or the box) is missing or slightly damaged, or if the tester is missing, we’ll apply a small fee to cover the cost:

Used up to 10% of the perfume:Β Rs.Β 50
